Who We Are

We specialize in identifying and locating descendants, beneficiaries and heirs for estate attorneys, public administrators, personal representatives, trust officers and other interested parties. Building on more than 15 years' experience in genealogical and biographical research, our results are accurate, timely and thorough.

What We Do

• All work is performed at reasonable flat or hourly rates, and written quotes are provided prior to the start of work.
• We never contact "missing heirs" for contingency fees.
• We compile family trees and provide detailed reports including documentation of all findings, names and addresses of heirs, and other information as necessary.
• If no heirs can be identified, we will prepare an affidavit or written report of due diligence.
• We have access to a wide range of online resources, as well as print and electronic materials at the Library of Congress, the National Daughters of the American Revolution Library, The National Archives and Records Administration, Family History Centers and other record repositories.
• Services also provided for those searching for copyright and patent holders, insurance beneficiaries and others.
• Ask us about pro bono services for small estates.
